Designed during the Wingfoil project, the WG89 is driven by a common DNA. To create the best possible product at the best possible price. The WG89 has a carbon sandwich epoxy construction, to obtain an excellent ratio of weight, rigidity and strength. 

The Alpinefoil team offers you a very easy board, adapted to the first flights, without concessions on the evolutivity. This Wingfoil board WG9 is both easy to learn and performs by its shape and construction

Its 89L volume and its carefully studied distribution have created the right balance between ease, compactness and performance. The WG89 takes the characteristics of the Alpine foil shapes that have been proven in kitefoil racing for many years. One of the particularities is the concave deck which brings an outstanding touch of board, indeed the hollow concave deck allows to multiply tenfold the sensations at the level of the feet and to feel much more precisely the behavior of the foil. The hull is equipped with a double rocker based on the concept of powder skis to promote take off and prevent the board from stopping when touching down 
the hull is particularly large to favor the planning start in the light and to reduce the instability when you get on the board (overpressure of the barrel effect: the board does not roll when you get on it) 
the US rails are placed further forward than most boards to be more in line with the latest generation foils and to facilitate take off.
