Fully CNC Machined: Unlike the majority of current fuselages produced using sand casting (which generates porosity and requires oversizing due to the lower performance of cast aluminum), this model is entirely CNC machined.

Aviation Grade Material: It is carved directly from a solid block of aviation-grade aluminum.

High-End Protection and Finishes

To ensure maximum longevity, especially in saltwater environments, the surface treatment has been drastically reinforced:

70-Micron OAD Anodization: The fuselage features a 70-micron hard anodization (compared to the standard 20 microns). This is currently the best possible protection available against corrosion.

Active Protection: A sacrificial anode is integrated to provide an additional barrier against corrosion.

In summary: A 100% machined construction for absolute rigidity, eliminating any porosity risks associated with casting, and protected by industrial-grade anodization.
